The construction of strings is the first of the production phases of a photovoltaic module, and one of the most important.
In Invent, stringing is completely automated, thanks to the use of latest generation machines produced by the German TeamTechnik.

WORKING OF SOLAR GLASS
Technology at the highest levels that allows the processing / coloring of glass through UV system. This production process allows to obtain plates with a high aesthetic quality, which makes them unique in its kind.
The realization of the lattice on the plate allows the total coverage of the electrical connections of the photovoltaic module, thus obtaining a homogeneous color surface.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC MULTILAYER
Through the combined action of three different automations, anthropomorphic robots, EVA cutting and solar glass loading, the assembly phase of the multilayer (glass, cells, EVA) is extremely fast and precise. The complete automation of the process guarantees high productivity and an excellent quality standard, without the need for manual intervention.
LAMINATION AND TRANSFER
Lamination is a fundamental process for the success of the module and for the duration of the same over time.
The process allows, through overheating under vacuum, the union of the different layers of the panel (glass, EVA, and backsheet) with the silicon cells, generating a single integral body.
The operation is preceded by a careful check of the module for the verification of any anomalies and for the completion of the electrical connections.

APPLICATION AND COMPONENTS
The insertion of the perimeter frame of the module and the application of the junction box for the electrical connections are carried out by qualified technicians on automatic workstations. The expertise and the passion with which our team controls the execution of these processes represent one of the quality guarantees of a Made in Italy product.
INSPECTION
At the end of the assembly line, checks are carried out to check the efficiency of the photovoltaic panel through the use of an automatic solar simulator. The controls consist of: functionality with powering up the 6000 volt module; panel power with flash-test emission. Each module is tested and checked visually. For large systems it is also possible to divide the modules by power classes (sorting)

The final finishes of the modules are carried out through the aid of a specific anthropomorphic robot ABB that provides to label, engrave and package the panels on four different platforms, depending on the certified power during the test.
